Services Asset inspection

Drone asset inspection

Visual and thermal capture of rooftop plant, solar, roofs and industrial sites, in a single flight. Nobody needs to climb a ladder, put up scaffolding or walk the roof.

Fully licensed and insured. CASA ReOC 7705.

What we inspect

Rooftop plant and HVAC

Condensers, AC units, exhaust fans and pipework, with every unit captured from several angles.

Solar arrays

Panel-by-panel thermographic images, ready for your solar technician to analyse.

Roofs and building envelopes

Sheeting, gutters, flashing, skylights and drainage, close up and without anyone on the roof.

Industrial and commercial sites

Tanks, structures, yards and large roofs, captured in one visit.

Plant rooms and internal areas

Matterport 3D scans you can walk through, measure and share with your team.

Energy and infrastructure

Visual and thermal capture of utility and infrastructure assets, flown under our own ReOC.

One flight, two cameras

The visual camera shows the condition of every asset. The thermal camera captures thermographic images of the same views, ready for you or your specialist to analyse.

Both are captured together on the same flight, from the same position, so you can compare them view for view.

Safer

Nobody needs to work at height or walk the roof to see it.

Complete

Every unit and surface is captured, not just the parts someone could reach.

Comparable

Repeat visits from the same angles, so changes over time stand out.

Thermal from the air

A rooftop condenser deck, captured on the thermal camera. Thermographic images like these show where heat sits across plant, pipework and cladding, ready for your HVAC technician or engineer to analyse.
