Tiles and sheeting
Cracked or slipped tiles, rust, lifted sheets and loose fixings, close up.
Services Roof inspections
Roof inspections without the ladder
Close-up drone inspections of roofs, gutters, solar and rooftop plant for homes, strata and commercial buildings. See every tile, sheet and gutter without anyone climbing up.
Fully licensed and insured. CASA ReOC 7705.
What we check
Gutters and downpipes
Blockages, sagging runs and overflow staining, along every edge.
Flashing and skylights
Lifted flashing, skylights, vents and anywhere water can get in.
Solar panels
Every panel captured, with thermographic images for your solar technician to analyse.
Rooftop plant
Condensers, AC units and pipework, visual and thermal in one flight.
After storms
Fast photos after hail or wind, to see the damage and support an insurance claim.
See it two ways
The visual camera shows the condition of the roof. The thermal camera captures thermographic images of the same roof, ready for your roofer, solar technician or engineer to analyse.
Both are captured on the same flight, from the same position, so you can compare them view for view.
VisualThermal
Safer, faster, clearer
Nobody needs to climb a ladder or walk the roof, and you see the whole roof, not just the parts someone could reach.
Most homes are captured in a single short visit.
Homeowners and buyers
Check a leak, the state of the gutters, or a roof you're about to buy.
Strata managers
Condition records for body corporates, without scaffolding or access gear.
Commercial and facilities
Large roofs, solar arrays and rooftop plant, with thermographic images when you need them.
